100% Organic Natural Plant Loofah
Grown traditionally without the use of any chemicals or
pesticides on a small farm in the fertile region of Antioch in
Southern Turkey. These cucumber-like plants are sown in March,
carefully tended and hand picked in late July and August. They are
then washed and left to dry and bleach naturally in the hot sun.
Supplied to you in their natural state and shape they are
unlike other loofahs found on the market which can be hard and
abrasive.
Our Natural Plant Loofahs have a large and light texture which
makes them softer with greater flexibility for effective cleansing
and massaging of the skin, with the added advantages of
quick-drying and resistance to mould growth.
Please note: We've run out of loofahs! Because they
come from a small farm there is a limited crop each year and the
2003 loofahs are all gone. The 2004 loofahs will be picked soon,
