Postage & Packaging Charges

Some items, due to their weight or special packing requirements, have individual post and packing charges. These charges are shown with the items' descriptions. Such items will not be included in calculating the total order value above.
 

Terms & Conditions

Orders will be compiled on receipt and dispatched immediately. If the order cannot be compiled within 14 days of receipt then a refund to the total amount of the missing items will be refunded and the remaining order dispatched.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with the products received and require a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging with a note explaining your complaint. A refund will be dispatched on receipt of the goods.

Herblore takes no responsibility for orders once they have left our warehouse. Please ensure that the contact and delivery information is accurate as errors may increase delivery time or even prevent delivery altogether. No refunds will be given for mis-delivered orders in the event of the contact and delivery information being inaccurate.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. In the event of a conflict, your statutory rights take precedence.
