Compresses, inhalation, massage, mouthwash, vaporiser/diffuser. Very strong odour. Ant flatulent, antispasmodic, gentle laxative, antibacterial, mild diuretic. Uses include digestive aid, anti-colic treatment, mouthwash, nervous indigestion, irritated bowel, flatulence, bloating, fluid retention, catarrhal coughs, stimulates lactation & increases milk production.

Important: Avoid during pregnancy. Narcotic effect if used in excess. Not to be used on people suffering from epilepsy. Use well diluted.
