Bathing, skincare, compress, inhalation, massage, mouthwash, vaporise/diffuser. Fresh minty smell. Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, astringent, digestive aid, anti-catarrhal expectorant action, mouthwash, uplifting. Used to treat ailments such as, indigestion, colic & flatulence, nausea (particularly during the early months of pregnancy) headaches, sore throats, musculoskeletal pain, general muscular pain, neuralgia, stimulate circulation, pruritus & general itchy skin, stimulate a sluggish digestion, dyspepsia, nausea relieve stomach cramps &colic. Effective expectorant relieving colds & bronchitis. Deodorise bad breath. Uplift spirits, giving courage & clearing muddled thoughts.

Important: Avoid during pregnancy. Do not swallow mouthwash preparation. Avoid use on young children & persons with sensitive skin.
